My name is Laura, and I am a book lover. I have been since I was a small child. I credit my paternal Grandpa for starting my love of reading and books. He had gifted me many pop-up fairy tale books, and oh how I wish I still had them in my possession.
I live in a Minnesota suburb with my husband, and our kids.
My preferred genre is romance, and you'll notice I read a ton of that. {I think it's safe to say I've read the majority of the sub-genres with in romance.} It's a bit much at times, but oh how I love it. When I do step outside my preferred genre I go for YA, fantasy, and Christian fiction. My lesser read genres are suspense and middle grade, but I do still dabble on occasion. One genre you will not catch me reading is horror. I just cannot do it. I'm a big chicken. So I try to keep things a bit lighter, and easier to digest.
When my nose isn't in my kindle, you can find me watching The Masked Singer, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Superman & Lois, and pretty much anything on HGTV. I am also a huge Big Bang Theory fan, and my love of Sheldon is strong.
