6 Baseball Romance Recommendations

Two years ago I wrote a similar post to this. In that Baseball Romance Series recommendations post I listed 4 series that I thought all baseball romance lovers would enjoy. I stand by those recommendations to this day. I loved all of those books, and still think of them fondly. Heck I still recommend them to people who are looking for baseball romances!

So here we are in 2023 and I'm back with new recommendations. These titles have come out in the last 18 months or so. They all captured my attention for various reasons, and I think you should read them.

Since spring training is currently in full force it is the perfect time to grab a baseball romance, and immerse yourself into the world of baseball. Which books do I suggest? Let's head to the field and find out.

Vegas Heat by Lisa Suzanne

This series should come as no surprise. I've read the first four books, and am eagerly awaiting the fifth to arrive on my kindle. This first season of the Vegas Heat follows Cooper and Gabby. They met at a blackjack table in Vegas on Gabby's 21st birthday. Gabby had no clue who Cooper was, all she knew was that she was instantly attracted to him. It was only later that she found out that 1) there is a 12 year age gap, 2) he's moving to Vegas for his job, and much much later she found out that 3) he's her dad's best friend. Naturally they are keeping this relationship quiet because Troy does not want his daughter with a baseball player, nor does he want her dating someone THAT much older than she is. Yet the attraction is strong, and these two cannot stay away from each other. Should you choose to pick up this series, I actually suggest waiting until April 13 or at least pretty close to that. Why April 13? That is the day that Hardball, book 5, releases. If you wait until then, you don't have to really subject yourself to the cliffhangers, as you'll have all the books available to you.

The Wrong Pitch by Brittany Taylor

This college romance from Brittany Taylor was SO GOOD! I loved the meet-cute, I loved the hate-to-love, then there was the brother's best friend trope as well, and I was just hooked. The Wrong Pitch just released today, and if you'd like to read my full review you can do so here.

The Third Baseman by Lulu Moore

Full disclosure...this book isn't out yet. It comes out on March 29, and I read an advanced copy of the book. My review can be read in this blog post. I'll be honest and say that I had mixed feelings with The Third Baseman. I enjoyed many aspects of it, but there were others I didn't enjoy as much. Part of that I attribute to the fact that this was my introduction to the author, and the content of this book really carried over to previous titles. So why should you read it if I had mixed feelings? The obvious answer is that everyone experiences books differently, and my feelings won't be yours. Alternately it's a good second chance romance. It's set 14 years after the heartbreak, and the storyline bounced between modern day and the past. It was interesting to see how the characters have changed, and in some ways how they've remained the same.

Fake Love by Jocelyne Soto

This book was a bit of an emotional roller coaster. From the drug issues, to his mom’s health issues, to being traded, to meeting Jen, to coming up with this fake relationship plan, to everything that happened next, I was hooked. Jocelyne Soto created a wonderful story. While Maddox wasn’t always my cup of tea, in the end I came around to him. This book was emotional, it was steamy, and I could not put it down.

Wild Card by Ashley Munoz

This college sports romance was a doozy! There's drama, suspense, and of course a romance. Mallory is a school journalist, and she just got the tip of a lifetime. Talk about being in the right place at the right time! Only this potential story is going to cause some issues. Decker happens to be on the baseball team, and while he knows a bit about this card game he doesn't know the full story. He's also not keen on Mallory digging into it. Yet they work together. The connection these two had was impressive, even with them trying to deny it. Should you read Wild Card, be prepared for slow burn. Although I will say it is worth it. I absolutely loved Wild Card from start to finish. Loved the book. Loved the characters.

Caught Looking by Aven Ellis

It's no secret that I am a major fan of Aven's storytelling, as well as her characters. There is just something about the way she brings these people to life that has me wanting to befriend them. Chase and Meghan were no different. I was drawn to them, and just wanted to stay with them for as long as possible. This may have started as a fake relationship, but it quickly morphed into something real. Yet things were not going smoothly. There were issues to be discussed, to be worked through, and trust to be built. Caught Looking is the FOURTH book in the DC Soaring Eagles series, and while you can read them out of order, I think it gives the best effect to start at the beginning.

So tell me, have you read any of these titles? If you did, how did you rate them? If you haven't, do you think you'll pick them up? What are some of your favorite baseball romances? Give me some recommendations!

Happy Reading,
Laura

Book Recommendation Tag

As I was scrolling through booktube, I came across a video from Novel Life. They were doing a new book tag called Book Recommendations. As I watched the video I liked what I was seeing, and then went to watch the video from the person who originated the tag. Steph Bohrer's video was also really good. I loved all the different books both of these individuals recommended. Have I read a lot of those books? No, but I still wrote down some titles to check out.

After watching both of those videos, I decided to bring the tag here to my blog.  I'd love to know how you would answer these questions. Especially since I am always open to new books recommendations.

Happy Reading,
Laura

What I Read Last Week

Happy Monday my fellow book lovers!

Last week I read a lot of books that I just adored. Some were light and easy, while others were a little more emotional. I can't forget about the suspense either. Then there's the steam factor for these books, and let me tell you...the majority definitely had some good steamy scenes.
Trope wise there were a lot covered. There was brother's best friend, enemies to lovers, sports romance, workplace, opposites attract, age gap, and also a college romance.

How many books did I read this last week? Six. Yep, I read six books. Three of which were ARCs, and three were older/existing titles. My average rating for this week was 4.1. I'm quite pleased with that number!

My favorite book of the week was definitely The Front Runner by Elsie Silver. From the moment I started that book, until the very last page, I was sucked into that world. I did not want to leave those characters. Plus that dang horse tugged on my heartstrings. AGAIN! I've definitely fallen for Elsie Silver's storytelling.

this was me with a scene in The Front Runner.

Tell me about your reading week. Any new authors? New favorite books? Any books that you wish you hadn't read? I want to hear it.

Happy Reading,
Laura

I Need These Books Immediately!

Happy March! Welcome to the third chapter of 2023. Those first two were interesting, so let's see how this one comes together.

One of my favorite things about a new month is all the new books that get released. There are so many to choose from, so many to add to my TBR, and so many authors to fangirl over. This month there are 12 books on my anticipated reads list. Two of them are POSSIBLY being released in March, as in they have March release dates on Amazon, but I haven't heard any updates from the author. So time will tell.

Last month the majority of my list was sports romance, and honestly March isn't looking too different. Eight of them are sports romance. I can't help it. Sports romance is just where my heart gravitates towards.

What is on your anticipated reads list for this month? Any books that you feel you absolutely MUST READ? Even if they're not new releases, let me know! Keep scrolling to see the books I can't wait to get my hands on. You may notice that a couple don't have book covers, and one doesn't have a link, that's because that info isn't out there yet. Once it is though I'll share it to my Facebook page. Make sure to follow me there.

Happy Reading,
Laura

Note: I have read a few of these already as I received advanced copies of them for review. I'm keeping them on my list though for others to get excited about. (and believe me, I'm still excited!)

What I Read Last Week

Happy Monday! After the snowstorm last week, we are back on our usual routines this week. Thank goodness! We ended up with about 12 inches of snow, and that is 12 more than I'd like. I'm ready for spring! It's winter in Minnesota though, so snow happens.

Last week I read 8 books! I finished up a series, continued on in another, and started a new one. If you know me, you know I'm wild about series. Love them! My favorite read of the week was Off to the Races by Elsie Silver. I could not get enough, and am continuing on with the series. Obviously. Also I made great progress on Gina Azzi's backlist titles! I have 5 books left (a series + a standalone), as well as a kindle vella story. I'm going to press pause on that mission though, as I also want to work through the other books on my kindle.

Before we get to the books I read, spill the details on what you've been reading. What was your favorite? Any flops? Read any new (or new to you) authors? What's the reading plan for this week?

Happy Reading,
Laura

My 3 Favorite Antagonists

Every so often when you read a book, you'll come across that ONE character who you just love to hate. These characters stand out with their actions, their words, and so much more. There is just something about them that has you hoping they do not get a redemption arc in any future books from the author.

Who are the characters that I have a love to hate relationship with? I'd love to tell you.

What I Read Last Week

It's a new week! My kids are off from school two days this week, and honestly if the weather forecast is right, they could be off all week. It's looking like we could get hit with over a foot of snow. Let me tell ya, I am not excited about the snow. It seems like we had so much this winter, and it was just starting to melt. I told my husband that I'm fine with winter hanging on, but I'd like to unsubscribe to the snow and ice. If only it worked that way.

This week I read 6 books! Quite honestly they were all pretty fabulous. Broken Love Story by Natasha Madison was my favorite of the week. There was just something about those two characters, and all that they had been through, that hit me so hard. Between baseball romance and hockey romance, I read 3 sports romance books. It really is my favorite thing ever. Ever so slowly I am working my way through Gina Azzi's backlist, as well as Natasha Madison's. Their storytelling, and characters, are some of my favorites.

Fill me in on what you read last week. Did you have a favorite? Any duds? What's the reading plan for this week?

Happy Reading,
Laura

Favorite Mistake by Lisa Suzanne {a review}

This time, I didn't just lose the girl. I lost f*cking everything. I was planning my life around someone who couldn't be honest with me.

Favorite Mistake by Lisa Suzanne is releasing on November 17, 2022! This final book in the Vegas Aces: The Wide Receiver series ties up all the loose ends, and chances are you'll walk away with a smile on your face. Are you ready? I don't think you're ready. Hold on to your hats my reader friends, you're in for a wild ride!

My rating for Favorite Mistake:

Okay I'm doing my review for Favorite Mistake slightly different. I am going more random thoughts/stream of consciousness while reading versus being my usual long winded self.

Let's dive in.

  • It's the final book, so Tristan and Tessa are about to get their happily ever after!
  • I understand why Tristan ran, but it still breaks my heart.
  • Coach and Mo are amazing.
  • SAVANNAH!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH THAT WOMAN!
  • Brandi and Tiffany both need to take a seat, preferably far away from Tessa and Tristan.
  • HOW DID SAVANNAH GET THAT INFO?
  • I'm sorry, WHO is their kid? WHAT?!?
  • WOAH! Who was behind the impersonation account? I mean it tracks, but damn.
  • I hope Russ is going to be okay.
  • YES! I AM SO FREAKING HAPPY THAT HAPPENED!
  • Loving that Tessa has found a great group of friends.
  • Ooooh, the steam in this book!
  • AWWW...Fallon 😍!
  • Tell me more about Travis.
  • I'm sorry...a baseball team? LISA SUZANNE WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME! I NEED IT IMMEDIATELY!
  • T 'N T are dynamite!

Seriously my reader friends, run and grab this series. Tristan and Tessa's story is emotional, it's heartbreaking, it's steamy, it's dramatic, it's filled with amazing moments. The cliffhangers are torturous, but oh so worth it in the end. I am in love with Lisa's storytelling, and cannot wait for next two sports romance series that she has coming up for 2023.

Happy Reading,
Laura

The boy next door isn’t next door anymore.

He’s in Vegas, preparing for the upcoming NFL season, and I’m still stuck in the small Midwestern town where we grew up.

We should be together, but people wanted us apart. They won. Secrets are uncovered and lives are forever torn apart.

Maybe it was a mistake to try to recapture what we once had after everything we’d been through.

But of all the mistakes I made in my life, he was my favorite, and I will never stop fighting for us.

FAVORITE MISTAKE is the final book in the VEGAS ACES: THE WIDE RECEIVER series. This series must be read in order.

Thank you Lisa Suzanne, and Wordsmith Publicity, for providing me with an advanced copy of Favorite Mistake.

No Mistake by Lisa Suzanne {a review}

"That's all I've ever wanted. A lifetime of laughter, of peace and harmony."

Oh, this freaking series! Lisa Suzanne continues to lure me in, have me falling for the characters, and then torturing me with cliffhanger after cliffhanger. I don't put up with this from just anyone. Yet I do for her as the stories are like a miniseries that used to air on TV back when I was little. Tristan and Tessa's story is only 5 episodes long, but I cannot wait for the next "episode" to release. I'm a bit obsessed. Thankfully the next book, Favorite Mistake, is the finale, so all my questions should be answered!

My rating for No Mistake:

Friendly reminder that Vegas Aces: The Wide Receiver is a continuing storyline. So that means 2 things; 1) if you haven't read the other books in the series don't read this review, and 2) I have to be careful with what I say, so that I don't spoil anything. Believe me when I say that holding back is difficult, as there is so much I want to say! Especially with how No Mistake ended. My lips are sealed.

When Honest Mistake ended the way it did, I immediately had a couple thoughts going through my head. Obviously I can't say them, because spoilers. BUT in No Mistake we find out what happened with all of that. I am thankful that the scenarios I had playing out in my head were 100% wrong.

This book was a major turning point in Tristan and Tessa's story. We find out things about Stephanie. We find out more about Coax. We find out more about that social media account that is impersonating one of our main characters. There is so much revealed in this book. It's mind blowing.

We may have found out a lot of information, but that doesn't mean it was drama free. Oh not by any means. Especially if that ending was any indication. And of freaking course that cliffhanger had to involve that trio. UGH.

I need to read Favorite Mistake immediately so I can see Tristan and Tessa FINALLY get their happily ever after. Also so help me if Savannah doesn't get what's coming for her...UGH THAT WOMAN!

Have you read this season of Vegas Aces? Or are you being smarter than I am, and waiting for all 5 books to be released? If you like football romances, a surprise pregnancy, second chance romances, or just books filled with drama, then add this entire series to your TBR.

Happy Reading,
Laura

All I want is my happy ending with the boy next door.

Every time we get close, something threatens to break us. Half-sisters, town gossips, and jealous exes throw punch after punch, but we hold on tight to each other as we attempt to navigate the chaos.

With his life in the spotlight as a professional football player, I start to feel like it might always be like this.

All I can do is pray there’s no mistake so big we can’t overcome it together.

NO MISTAKE is the fourth book in the VEGAS ACES: THE WIDE RECEIVER series. This series must be read in order.

Thank you Lisa Suzanne, and Wordsmith Publicity, for providing me with an advanced copy of No Mistake.

Honest Mistake by Lisa Suzanne {a review}

I want to be with Tessa. They say when you know, you know, and I've always known it was her.

Today's the day! Honest Mistake by Lisa Suzanne is available! That's right, it's time to pick up with Tristan and Tessa, as well as Savannah and Stephanie. What sort of shenanigans will happen this time around?

Honest Mistake picks up right where Hidden Mistake left off. It was quite the ride, and this season just keeps getting better. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to find out what happens next!

My rating for Honest Mistake:

Honest Mistake is filled with passion, emotional moments, revelations, a fresh start, and heartache. Tristan and Tessa have their eyes set on forever, but there are obstacles in their way. Namely Savannah and Stephanie. It's not just them though, there's another who is going to throw a curve ball in TNT's journey toward happily ever after.

I want to say more about the storyline, but since this is a story in progress, it would involve spoilers. Just know that our duo moves forward toward a happily ever after, but naturally there is road blocks in the way.

Oh and there was at least one time where I found myself tearing up. Maybe it was personal experience, maybe it was hormones, or maybe it's just me being me. Then there was the scene that made me gasp out loud. Not to mention the scene where I literally said "UGH" out loud. (and yes, that last scene had to do with Savannah.)

No Mistake needs to appear on my kindle immediately so I can find out what happens next. Because that cliffhanger is playing on repeat in my mind.

Have you started reading this fourth season of the Vegas Aces? Trust me when I say this entire series has me hooked! It's a must read for football romance fans. So steamy and drama filled.

Happy Reading,
Laura

He’s not the boy next door anymore, and I’m not the girl I used to be, either.

His life is in the spotlight as one of the most popular professional football players on the Vegas Aces, while I can’t afford to have my secrets exposed. But as we work together on a project benefitting our small Midwestern town, we easily slip back into the friendship we once shared.

He introduces me to the people he’s closest to now, and I find myself fitting into his new life as he works to fix the mistakes of his past. But somebody’s digging into my history, threatening to break us before we even get started.

It’s time to be honest about my mistakes.

HONEST MISTAKE is the third book in the VEGAS ACES: THE WIDE RECEIVER series. This series must be read in order.

Hidden Mistake by Lisa Suzanne {A Review}

She's everything I remember...yet somehow more.

Hello fellow romance readers. I'm back with a review for the second book in the Vegas Aces: The Wide Receiver series. That's right, Hidden Mistake released today along with Rookie Mistake. I've already shared my review for book 1, so be sure to check that out. Also, just a reminder that Rookie Mistake ended on a cliffhanger so this is a continuation of that story!

As this is a continuation, I have to really limit what I say about the book so that I do not give away any spoilers. Just know that things are heating up between Tristan and Tessa.

In the beginning of the story, we find out that Tristan's season just ended, and after a golf course discussion with his dad, Tristan is returning home for the break. He's not the only one returning home though. Tessa has just returned also. What happens throughout this story is just the beginning of their new journey toward a potential relationship.

Tristan and Tessa continue to pull me in with their story. Secrets are being revealed. A new friendship is being established. Time together is spent. Yet there is a hesitancy about that. Tessa is keeping her secrets locked tight, and while she feels she should share them with Tristan, she's not ready. Rightfully so.

The history between these two continues to be revealed. We see little snippets of that past connection, and honestly these two were soul mates that were ripped apart.

Stephanie makes an appearance in this book, and she is on my radar. I’m not certain she is in the up and up. Curious to see that storyline unfold over the next three books. She may be Tessa's half-sister, but something isn't sitting right with me. She's almost giving Michelle, or even Tatum, vibes. (Michelle was featured in both Luke and Jack's seasons, where as Tatum was in Ben's season.)

I cannot wait to see how the event that is being planned plays out. It's either going to be spectacular, or there is going to be major drama. Or I guess it could be both.

Savannah’s reign of terror could be coming to an end! Or so I hope. Yet I’m sure she has an ace up her sleeve to try and save herself. Ugh she’s still the worst. I also really want to know all of the dirt that she thinks she has on Tristan. What of it will be damaging to his career, to his personal life, and even potentially damaging to herself?

The last thing that I want to mention is the secrets that Tessa is keeping. I know both will be revealed eventually, but I'm a bit worried about the emotions that will flow with the one reveal. My gut tells me that is going to hit hard, and tissues will be needed. As for the other, I don't see it being a big issue, but I am wondering how the 3rd party will feel once things happen. (Sorry, I know I'm being vague, but again it's a continuing storyline.)

Have you read Rookie Mistake, or Hidden Mistake yet? Such a good kickoff to the season, and I am beyond ready for books 3, 4, and 5. I need to know ALL THE THINGS.

My rating for Hidden Mistake:

Friendly reminder that Hidden Mistake also ends with a cliffhanger. So you'll have to come back for Honest Mistake to find out how the story continues. Also if you need a reminder of the tropes in this series they are: second chance, small town, surprise pregnancy, forced proximity, and friends to lovers.

Thank you for coming to read my thoughts on Hidden Mistake. This second book in the series has me eagerly anticipating what will happen in the remaining books. If you read it, please let me know. I'd love to talk about everything that is happening. And it's a lot!

Happy Reading!
Laura

The boy next door is back, and so am I.

He’s spending his NFL off-season in our small Midwestern town after seven long years away, and I’m in town for different reasons.

Memories shift to reality as we find ourselves in the place where we first fell in love. We’re different people now, but I’m falling fast and hard for the man he is now.

But he’s married. He’s working to fix his mistakes as I’m hiding a few of my own.

As we grow closer, I know I won’t be able to keep these hidden mistakes a secret much longer. But if I tell him, I’m afraid I’ll lose him all over again.

HIDDEN MISTAKE is the second book in the VEGAS ACES: THE WIDE RECEIVER series. This series must be read in order.

Tight End by Lisa Suzanne {a review}

Today is the day that Vegas Aces season 3 is wrapping up. Vegas Aces: The Tight End by Lisa Suzanne was a wonderful journey from fake relationship to one that will last a lifetime. Ben and Kaylee both evolved so much throughout this series, it was absolutely wonderful.

My rating on Goodreads for Tight End was 4.5 stars. I loved it so. This entire series has secured a spot in my favorites list. (which no, there is no physical list at this point, it's all just in my brain.)

If you've  been following along, then you know that Vegas Aces: The Tight End is a continuous series, and books 1-4 each end with a cliffhanger. Therefore I simply cannot recap the book as there is too high of a risk for spoilers. Trust me when I say, the description that Lisa Suzanne has written provides you all the information you need. So let's jump into my thoughts...

Oh my goodness did Tight End have me loving Kaylee and Ben even more! Yes I've been obsessed with their story from the beginning. This fifth, and final, book though just wonderful. The storylines were mostly wrapped up (I do have a couple questions still up in the air), the secret I called back in Tight Laced was 100% confirmed, the reunion was everything I wanted, and I just fell even harder for these characters. Oh, and I was also right about a character being sketchy.

Can I tell you where I still have questions? Erm, probably not since it would be spoiler-ish. Ugh. I need to talk to someone about it! Guess I'll go to the spoiler room and discuss it there.

Lisa Suzanne knows how to write a story that grabs your attention, and has you on the edge of your seat for the entirety. These characters that she has created in the Vegas Aces world are phenomenal. They are memorable. I cannot wait to see them reappear in season 4. And yes, there is going to be a season 4! The set up is perfect, and I cannot wait to get my hands on it!

If you haven't started the series yet, then now would be the perfect time. All the books are out, so you don't really need to worry about the cliffhangers. Find your favorite reading spot, grab your kindle (or the paperbacks!), and fall for Ben & Kaylee.

Thank you for taking time to read my thoughts on Vegas Aces: The Tight End. All five books were fantastic, and I highly recommend that you read them.

Happy Reading,
Laura

I knew playing with my feelings was a huge gamble with someone like him, but I did it anyway. And now I’ve learned the hard lesson that gambling and life in Vegas just aren’t for me.

I have a lot of decisions I need to make on my own, so I take a job that will allow me to relocate, regroup, and make new friends as I try to figure out what comes next for me.

One of those new friends is a hot former baseball player who is also my temporary new roommate. Even though I find myself attracted to him, I’m carrying too much weight from my past to move forward.

I need to find a way to move on from my tight end, and the only way to do that is to tell him the truth that will change both of our futures forever.

TIGHT END is the final book in the VEGAS ACES: THE TIGHT END series. This series must be read in order.

Tight Laced by Lisa Suzanne {a review}

Tight Laced is officially available! That's right, today is the day that Lisa Suzanne releases the book, and you all need to go pick it up NOW! Trust me on that. Or, you know, wait two weeks, and then binge the entire series when Tight End is released. Totally your choice. That being said, I do hope you pick up this series because it is simply fantastic!

If you've been following along, you'll know that I have read all the books so far. I am hooked on Ben and Kaylee. Their story has drawn me in. Maybe it's the brother's best friend trope, the fake dating trope, the age gap, the forced proximity, or maybe it's Lisa Suzanne's storytelling. In all reality, it's a mix of all of it.

This is typically the part of the post where I recap the book. As this is a continuation of an on going story, I am not going to do that. If I were to do that, it would lead to spoilers from the previous three books, and I'm just not that person. The description, shared below, should give you a general idea of what to expect in Tight Laced.

On to my random thoughts regarding the book....

Let's start with my rating. I have given Tight Laced 4.5 stars. I could not put this book down, and am finding myself still thinking about everything that happened. Both in Montana and back in Vegas. A lot happened in this book!

THIS FREAKING SERIES! I just can't.

This book had me loving Ben and Kaylee all the more. Also, while my speculation from Tight Fit wasn't 100% confirmed, based on what I read, I'm right. AHH! I cannot wait to see how Ben reacts. I have a feeling he's not going to react well at first, but then will change his tune.

So much happened in this book, and I want to talk about it all, but I really can't because spoilers. From the situation with Kitty and Eric, to Jack's wedding, to returning to Montana, to everything that happened IN Montana, it's just a lot. And it's all necessary to the storyline. I do desperately want to know Eric's game plan. I mean we know what he revealed in Tight Fit, but there's more to the story. I just know it!

Ben's mom continues to rub me the wrong way. Her new husband is sketchy. Tatum is Tatum, and I cannot wait to find out what she's hiding. Craig has my attention too. He's hiding something.
I don't trust him. AT ALL. These damn secrets need to be revealed.

I am glad that the one secret was revealed even if it wasn't shared at the best time. Or by the right person. The reaction that occurred when that was shared...I get it. I do. But at the same time why? Sigh.

I love that even with a house full of friends, Ben and Kaylee were able to carve out some time for themselves, all while keeping their relationship a secret. See the horse ride. Hello steamy moment.

I want to say so much more, but I can't without spoiling things. The last thing I will say is that the reaction to the relationship being discovered wasn't what I had built up in my head. I pictured much more intense feelings, and verbal sparring. But I love the way Lisa Suzanne handled it.

Oh, and that ending? Lisa Suzanne you're torturing me! I cannot wait to see how all of this wraps up in Tight End.

Thank you for reading my vague thoughts about Tight Laced. I know I was all over the place, and things might not make 100% sense. That was me trying to censor myself, while trying to still give a bit of info. I genuinely hope that you'll pick up this entire series. I love season 1, season 2, and am over the moon with this third season. Lisa Suzanne has done an incredible job.

One of us will have to give up the future we’ve dreamed of if we’re going to make this work.

It’s not going to be me. We can’t both have that same thought if we want to stay together when our contract ends.

But the more I see him struggle against the things his mother does to him, the harder I fall. The more his ex tries to get in his way, the more I want to stand up for him.

And the more adventures he takes me on through the peaceful dream of his estate in the wilderness, the more I can see myself staying by his side.

I might be willing to bend my tight laced ideas for the future…but it might not matter since someone else is holding all the cards.

TIGHT LACED is the fourth book in the VEGAS ACES: THE TIGHT END series. This series must be read in order.
